Thin Mini-ITX boards for future processor generations

The PH12ADI Thin Mini-ITX mainboards from ICP Germany have been specially developed for applications in industrial environments. Whether as an embedded system or as a panel PC, with their height of just 23mm without, or 26mm with IO shield, the boards, in the standard size of 170x170mm, enable a compact housing design.

Depending on the desired processor performance, a board variant with Intel® H610 or Q670 chipset is available. The latter offers full Intel® vPro support, for example. Processors from the 12th to the 14th generation Core I9 to I3 as well as Celeron or Pentium CPUs can be accommodated on the LGA1700 of all variants. Up to 64GB DDR5 SO-DIMM with a clock rate of up to 4800 MHz can be used on the two slots in dual channel mode.

The Intel UHD graphics unit delivers a resolution of up to 4096x2304 pixels. An HDMI and a display port are available as monitor connections. The LVDS or the optional eDP port can be used for the direct connection of displays. In addition to the GbE network connection with i219-LM controller, a fast 2.5GbE connection with i225V controller is also available. The boards also offer one M.2 2230, one M.2 3042, one M.2 2242/2280 and one PCI Express x4 slot of version 3.0, four USB 3.2 and five USB2 ports with H610 or six with Q670 chipset, one serial RS-232/422/485 interface, ten GPIOs, audio mic-in and line-out and two SATA III interfaces. Variants of the PH12ADI are available with 12 V or 19 V DC input voltage. All PH12ADIs can be operated in a temperature range of 0 to 60 °C.

ICP supplies the PH12ADI on request as a pre-assembled bundle with matching processor, fan, RAM and storage media.
