We exclusively send our goods to companies with a valid VAT-ID.
Prices are only visible if you have logged in your account.
If you have recently registered on our homepage, your customer account is preliminary for the time being. Consequently, buying prices will be visible as usual. However, it might take longer on rare occasions. Please do not hesitate to contact us in such cases.
Place the goods you like to enquire in the order/quotation list. Then click on “Quotation”.
Your account has not been activated yet or your order includes a product without valid price - that’s why you’re only able to send an enquiry. As soon as we have reviewed your data you can decide whether you like to proceed with a tentative enquiry or charged order. Usually, we will activate your account within 24hours after your registration. However, it might take longer on rare occasions. Please do not hesitate to contact us in such cases.
Our standard delivery costs for parcel shipments up to 20kg within Germany are € 7.90. The costs for larger shipments or shipments overseas are stated in the respective order confirmation. In such cases we will bill the actual costs for the parcel service or haulage contractor.
The watch list is dedicated to your company. Thus all employees of your company, who are in possession of login data, are shown the same watch list. The advantage is that your technician is able to place an article on hold, which your purchasing team can review and order subsequently. This enables you to create an in-house order and watch list. In case the watch list doesn’t match your expectations, it might be possible that one of your colleagues has recently changed it.
