RS-485 Module / DCON / 8AI / TC

I-7018 and I-7018R are 2 remote I/O with RS-485 interface, which provide 8-channel 16-bit analog input. Each channel includes an overvoltage protection of +/- 240Vrms, can measure a voltage (+/-1.5 mV, +/-50 mV, +/-100 mV, +/-500 mV, +/-1 V, +/-2.5 V), a current (an optional external resistor is required) or a thermocouple signal.

I-7018 and I-7018R are fully RoHS-compliant and provide a 3000 VDC intra-module isolation and an open wire detection (thermocouple only). In addtion, I-7018R includes a 4kV ESD protection for the most harsh environments. I-7018 and I-7018R support DCON protocol, which makes the integration into a wide range of applications much easier, with the help of the numerous included drivers and libraries. I-7018 and I-7018R are powered with an external power supply (10-30 Vdc).

I-7018 and I-7018R are especially recommended for remote monitoring and control applications in building automation, factory automation, production machines, test laboratories, or energy management.
