In case of defects we are at your service. You will receive a RMA-Number to return your goods either via phone, email Email or online at our Website. Your defective goods will be tested by our qualified technicians and if possible instantly repaired here in Germany. If larger components are damaged, the goods will be sent back to the manufacturing plant. In such cases you will be offered a hardware replacement.
