Thin Mini-ITX motherboard with 10 cores

With the PH12CMI, ICP Germany introduces another motherboard in the Thin Mini-ITX form factor next to the PH11CMI, which supports the 10th generation of Intel® CoreTM processors.

The flat motherboard has a size of 170 x 170 mm and comes to a height of only/just 20 mm. The PH12CMI is equipped with the Intel® Q470E chipset and has an LGA 1200 socket. The motherboard supports Intel® CoreTM I processors of the 10th generation with 10 cores and 35 watts thermal design power as well as processors with 8 cores and 65 watts thermal design power. The two DDR4 SO-DIMM sockets can be equipped with up to 64GB non-ECC memory with a maximum clock frequency of up to 2933 MHz. The integrated Intel® HD graphics unit offers Tripple Display support at a maximum resolution of 4K. An HDMI port with a resolution of up to 4096x2160 pixels, a display port with a maximum of 4096x2304 pixels and an LVDS port with a Full HD 1920x1200 pixel resolution are available for connecting displays. Optionally, the LVDS port can be replaced by an eDP port with 4096x2304 pixel resolution.

Furthermore, an Intel® I219LM and an Intel® I211-AT Gigabit LAN, four USB 3.2 (Generation 2), six USB 2.0, two SATA-6G ports, three serial RS-232 and one serial RS-232/422/485 as well as audio MIC-In and LINE-Out interfaces are available. The MiAPI header also provides 10 GPIOs, watchdog, SMBUS, brightness control for displays and motherboard monitoring functionality. For expansion, the PH12CMI offers a PCI-Express x4 slot, an M.2 2242/2280 M-Key with NVME support, an M.2 2230 slot with E-Key and a Mini-PCIe Express slot. A TPM pin header optionally allows the use of the optional TPM NPCT750 module board. The PH12CMI is offered in two voltage input variants of 12 volts or 19 volts DC. Both variants are rated for a temperature range of 0 to 60°C and meet CE/FCC Class B requirements.

Upon customer request, ICP also delivers the PH12CMI as a bundle with processor, industrial RAM and storage medium.
