High stacking performance
With the new PC/104-Plus CPU Board PM-BT, ICP Deutschland is expanding its existing PM product line with a high-performance variant for high stacking in confined spaces. The compact dimensions (96x90mm), the low weight (120g) and the standardized PC/104-Plus connector for both PCI and ISA support of the PM-BT are predestined for vertical expansion.
Depending on the functionality, common PC/104, PC/104-Plus and PCI/104 add-on modules can be used for expansion, which can also be flexibly replaced or removed at a later date. Simple cabling is provided by the interfaces on pin headers: two RS-232/422/485, three USB 2.0, one GbE LAN port as well as one LVDS and one VGA for dual display support.
For the connection of storage media, the PM-BT offers a SATA 3Gb/s port, a Mini PCIe slot for mSATA SSDs or optionally an on-board SSD. In addition, for customer-specific projects and new developments there are hardly any limits due to the large number of compatible Intel® Celeron® J1900/N2807 or optional Intel® AtomTM E38xx on-board SoCs and a maximum of 8GB DDR3L RAM.
The PM-BT is designed for temperatures between -20 and +60°C as standard and a 5VDC voltage input. If the CPU board is delivered with an AtomTM E38xx CPU from ICP, operation in harsh environments with temperatures from -40°C to +85°C is also possible.
