Centerpiece for Embedded Systems

The NANO-ULT3 EPIC Board of ICP Deutschland can be described as optimal centerpiece for the development of embedded solutions due to its state-of-the-art processor technology, its flat design, its low heat generation and its combined cooling and mounting plate.

Manufacturers of Box and Panel PCs receive a 14nm Skylake based EPIC board that is either equipped with an Intel® Mobile CoreTM i7/i5/i3 or a Celeron® ULT processor (TDP: 15W). The board can be assembled with a 32GB DDR4 Dual-Channel SO-DIMM memory at the maximum. Despite the external interfaces (two HDMI, GbE each and four USB 3.0) the NANO-ULT3 stands out with a solely height of 21mm. The combined cooling and mounting plate ensures a fanless operation at an ambient temperature of max. 60°C, and an easy mounting within the embedded system.

Customized freedom of design is provided by one full-size PCIe Mini slot with SIM socket for 3G/LTE and mSATA support as well as one half-size PCIe Mini slot for additional functions. On top of this, the NANO-ULT3 can be obtained with a soldered 8GB eMMC 5.0 flash memory that is particularly suitable for mobile applications.
