Discontinuation of products with N270 processor and 945G/GSE chipsets – React now!

The market launch of Intel’s® Atom™ microprocessor N270 has been the start of a quite prestigious era of processors that were modest in power consumption, yet low-priced. To put it another way, the perfect fit for embedded solutions. The official phase out by Intel® followed six years later in the third quarter of 2014. ICP IEI has stocked product components in order to ensure the availability for two more years. The remaining stock, however, will end eventually. That is why ICP IEI has announced the discontinuation of all products based on the N270 processor and 945G/GSE chipsets until the end of 2016.

True to our philosophy „…by people who care“, we have already informed our customers personally and will support them with the last-buy and finding of a suitable successor.

1. „Last-Buy“

If the selection of a suitable successor product takes more time than expected, you can place orders for the discontinued products until Dec 19th, 2016 (while stocks last). 2. Prolong availability

Alternatively, we offer separate provisioning of goods if you have larger demand for the remaining stock. The arrangement of frame contracts gives you the opportunity to prolong the availability until 2017. Please respond quickly since only remaining stock is available.
