M305 – Flash memory with extended temperature range

Secure storage at extreme temperatures

Industrial flash memory cards significantly differ from the ones in the consumer market. They enable secure storage as follows: they are extremely temperature-resistant, guarantee long-term availability and a fixed Bill of Material (BoM).

Among this ICP Deutschland offers the M305 Cervoz flash memory cards in three different form factors: 2.5”, mSATA and CFast. Using them at extreme temperatures from -40°C to +85°C will no longer cause potential data loss or environmental constraints but become a thing of the past. The fixed Bill of Material (BoM) prevents compatibility issues due to the fact that flash memory cards are always equipped with the same memory chip and controller. In addition, the long-term availability of four years provides planning security for the use in the industrial field.

The M305 flash memory cards are based on the MLC technology and have one SATA III 6.0 Gb/s interface available. By means of the bad block management function defect cells can be identified and content transferred to sound cells in order to maintain secure data storage and transfer speed at the same level. ICP Deutschland offers the M305 flash memory cards with capacities ranging from 32GB to 256GB.
